The customer service was incredible...placed an order late Sunday night, Adrienne called me early Monday morning to say that she didn't have two kinds of flowers in the arrangement and that she would pass on my order to another shop if I'd like. She did this as well as deliver my flowers and call me after she had attempted the delivery. Excellent, excellent experience and I'd buy from Adrienne's again in a second.

Amazing costumer service. Called on Valentine's Day because my flowers hadn't arrived yet (I asked for a later delivery). They said they were on route. It started getting close to my dinner reservations, so I called again. They called the driver and told him to go STRAIGHT to my apartment to deliver my flowers. Within 5 minutes, I had my flowers and some chocolates as an apology for the inconvenience (which was mostly my fault for not specifying I wanted the flowers before 6). Very friendly and helpful people at the phones, especially for 6PM on Valentine's Day. Not ordering flowers from anywhere else for as long as I stay in the area. HIGHLY recommend!

Adrienne's Floral Creations is incredible! She provided several arrangements for me for a fancy cocktail party that I threw. The arrangements were spectacular -- rivaling a "well-known" florist I've used in Chestnut Hill, and her prices were affordable. My guests were raving about the flowers and I was very impressed!
